INDEPENDENT DETERGENT FORMULATION RESEARCH

Formulation science for the next generation of automatic dishwashing.

Investigating the interactions between cleaning efficacy, deposition control, material compatibility and environmental considerations in phosphate-free automatic dishwashing systems.

CURRENT STAGE · FORMULATION DEVELOPMENT & PROTOTYPE EVALUATION
RESEARCH FRAMEWORK

Performance is a system-level property.

TAR Kimya is an independent research initiative exploring automatic dishwashing detergent formulations. Our work considers ingredient functionality alongside process conditions: water hardness, alkalinity, wash temperature, soil composition, surface interactions and rinse behaviour. Literature review informs experimental formulation and iterative prototype assessment.

Project status: Independent research and prototype evaluation. TAR Kimya is not presented as an incorporated company or commercial manufacturer. No finished product, certified environmental performance or validated rinse-aid-free result is currently claimed.
TECHNICAL PRIORITIES

Research areas

Formulation questions are evaluated in relation to the complete wash process rather than as isolated ingredient claims.

EXPERIMENTAL APPROACH

From literature to measurable formulation decisions.

Prototype development is guided by controlled comparisons of formulation variables and observations of cleaning performance, foam, mineral residues and glass appearance. Results remain preliminary until supported by repeatable testing and appropriate validation.

SCIENTIFIC NOTES

Technical insights

Concise, literature-informed explanations of formulation mechanisms and technical trade-offs. These notes describe research principles, not verified claims for a marketed product.

TECHNICAL COLLABORATION

Raw-material evaluation & technical dialogue

The initiative welcomes technical information concerning enzyme preparations, low-foam surfactants, biodegradable chelating agents, dispersants and solid-formulation technologies. Supplier documentation and small-scale evaluation samples may be considered for research purposes.
